What the numbers come from
Entry-point counts follow the 2010 ADA Standards provision for soft contained play structures: at least one accessible entry point where three or fewer are provided, at least two where four or more are provided. The elevated-component minimum is the 50 percent rule from the same standards. A transfer system is permitted as part of the accessible route, so a shortfall does not have to be solved with a ramp.
